i want an amazing haircut and i don't care too much about the cost. i haven't had a nice haircut like ever! ive always had really cheap ones or my sister would cut my hair. where's the best place to get it cut???

I don't know where you are from, but definitely avoid the "lemon tree" type franchises. Some of them have some decent stylists, but you can get stuck with someone really bad. Use your instinct. A salon with a really nice appearance on the outside, is a good start. One that offers other services, usually means they are serious about their business. And when you call to make an appointment, ask for one of their more experienced stylists. I find, though, that the younger the stylist, the more they do the hair the way i like it. So, again, use your instinct.

Look around you ....do you see anyone with a style that pops out at you, something different? Don't be afraid of approaching them and asking them where they got their hair cut.....your not saying where you are so pinpointing a place is a little hard.....another way to find a place is get on the phone and ask the salon how long they have been in business....usually the ones owned by a few girls or a hairstylist are good. Not so much the franchises as they pay poorly and take people right from school....(they have to learn somewhere) but not on you!
