I want to get my hair cut just a few inches off and then dyed blonde again and maybe light red highlights, but I need to know the average cost and then whether I should just get my hair dyed strawberry blonde or go w/ the highlight idea?

for a really good place like 80 bucks, and go with the strawberry blonde it'll look more normal and natural, blonde and red seem strange....

Well average lenghth(to shoulders) it will cost you somewhere around 80-120 bucks. I have waist length or super long and lets say I will not be perming/coloring or highlighting my hair because I can pay 2 of my car payments for the price I would pay for that LOL.
