He either really likes you and is being extremely immature, or your haircut is really that bad (if everyone else honestly likes it, then don't worry about it). Either way, ignore him. I knew a guy in High School once who said the nastiest things. I'd get more and more upset but I'd never say anything. One day, I can't remember what prompted it, he said something to the effect of "I don't mean half of the stuff I say, I'm just trying to get a reaction, you don't react to anything." To be honest, I can't remember if his teasing kept on after that because I just stopped being offended by him.

This guy probably won't say anything like that, but, just know that he is trying to get a reaction from you, or a cheap laugh from the others (or, maybe even, he likes you and doesn't know how to say it) and you'll see his words in a new light. Whether that new light is "pathetic attention whore" or "wannabe comedian" or whatever, you'll stop feeling victimized and realize that you can take control back. Without hitting him or crying ;-)
