i had my hair cut at my local salon but its a very bad cut on one side of my head the hairdresser as cut layers in one side but not in the other .what are my rights.

If it has been over two weeks we usually dont give refunds or redo the hair, but if you have your reciept or the stylist remembers you you can always have them recheck it or have the manager look at it for you to fix it. At our salon if someone there can fix it then we dont give refund, but if its way to short a refund can be given only with a receipt or knowledge of you having your haircut there by that person.

None really if you leave the shop without sayin anythin, its like you accepted wot they'd done t ur hair and if you did say that u weren't happy wiv the cut and they offered t try n put it rite and u said no then they've covered their backs by offerin to restyle
