ive been keeping my cut straight across forever because im afraid angles and layers will make it even poofier but i want a change ...ive tried changing it by making it shorter and it made a big difference and halped a lot ...i straighten my hair all the time so its not poofy but i want a new look ....HELP!!!
How should i cut my hair? i have really thick, REALLY frizzy and poofy wavy hair.?
ive had frizzy pooffy curly hair my entire life, and i always used to hate it, then i started styling it different and it changed so much! GET LAYERS!!! they help make hair look thinner a lot and also ask your hair cutter person to use those hair thinning scissor things, they work great too. everytime i go theres piles of hair on the floor, but no length off!!!
for frizzy hair - use a really good moisturizing conditioner every day and try one of those deep-cleansing 2 times a week ones. shampoo your hair every other day so it doesnt dry out as much
also if you use a hair straightener, but kind of pull it through a little faster than normal, you can sort of flatten and loosen curls isntead of just plain straight hair
good luck :)

No, you should not cut your hair. Go to a salon and mull over the books and talk to a stylist about what would look good for your face shape.
Good luck!

ok, ask your hair dresser to layer it and thin it ouy. dont worry about layers or angles, they'll help SOOO much. use a straightener to de-frizz it and use none of your frizz shampoo by herbal essences.

I have the same type of hair. I had layers but when your hair isn't straight, it gets really poofy with layers so don't get them. Depending on how poofy your hair is and how much your willing to straighten it, you could cut it up to your shoulders or lower neck with bangs maybe? If you straighten your bangs it's not as hard as straightening your whole head and you could keep the rest of your hair wavy.
